Over the next hour, Anthony and I are going to have a conversation about untold health
secrets revealed, how to adapt and heal with the medical medium.
Welcome, Anthony.
Hi, how are you?
It's so great to be here.
It's wonderful to be here.
I'm so looking forward to our conversation today.
and so we can really understand where your health secrets come from.
I want you to share with us a bit about your abilities.
When did you start conversing with spirit
and how has this informed your ability to help others heal?
Great, wonderful.
Started at age four and woke up one morning at age four
and heard a voice directly in the ear
and this voice has been with me ever since.
And at age four, the voice told me that my grandmother sitting at the table with family as we're all there had lung cancer.
And so I walked up to my grandmother and said, lung cancer.
And it started ever since then.
And after after time passed, they discovered she that's what happened and that's what she had.
So it started really early on and then using it ever since.
and every single day I hear the voice goes right into my ear and I could converse on a fluent
conversation and so with that I can get answers so I can ask specific questions deeper into someone's
health get real powerful answers that that that are very advanced and so I've been using this my
entire life and that's how it's been going and so I'm curious and forgive me if this is an ignorant
question, but I want to know. So when you say you connect to spirit in this regard, and in terms of
being a medical medium, so I know, for example, like Esther Hicks is working with Abraham, and
other mediums are connecting with, you know, loved ones of, you know, deceased loved ones
on the other side. Do you, you know, how do you, how do you explain spirit and who, with whom you're
working with on the other, who's your partner on the other side, so to speak? No, of course, of course,
I would love to. I'd love to share that. It's actually amazing. The voice I hear was not a
person at any time. So when we speak to loved ones on the other side, they were people, obviously,
and are people, their souls. And then they were here in the physical form. Was not a person at
one time, was not an angel, but a living word. So the voice I hear is the living word compassion.
and it's the essence of compassion, the living word.
So just like we say, God is a living word,
is God is love, most powerful of all,
you know, living words and truths there are in existence.
It's, you know, it's God.
Well, compassion is next to God.
In fact, right underneath God and is a living word as well.
And when I was eight years old,
I would ask the voice, what are you?
Are you a spirit?
Are you a person? Are you someone that's in the spirit world? Are you a ghost? And I would ask
these questions all the time. And spirit would tell me, no, I was neither any of these. I am
the word compassion. And that's how it's always been. Yeah, so that's who it is.
And I also want to hear a bit about the way that you've worked with the medical community. So how
how has your work been received? And I know that, you know, you've become an invaluable resource for
doctors, and I want to hear a bit about that. Sure. You know, what happens is that people seek
answers, and they have aches and pains, and they have, you know, problems with all facets of their
health, neurological problems that people have. And when someone's suffering with something,
even if it's just mystery migraines.
Even fibromyalgia is a mystery.
I mean, that's the whole point.
When someone has fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome,
it's not a diagnosis.
So when you go to the doctor and you've been given a diagnosis
of chronic fatigue syndrome, that's really just you're tired.
Right.
You're tired.
And we don't know why you're tired, but you're tired.
the same thing with RA you know there's a lot of people that have RA rheumatoid arthritis well
well it it's just we don't know why you have RA it should just be called joint pain disease because
we don't know what it is but we call it RA so what the voice tells me is what is your RA what's
really going on is it a virus is it a bacteria is it something that happened to you is it it
These are the answers people don't receive.
So I've been working with doctors for over 20 years with giving these answers as far as so they can do more, they can help their patients more.
So that's how it's always been.
And it sounds like that there's been, you've been well received, although I would imagine there's some skepticism out there around it.
Yes? No?
Well, you know, there's that. That's everywhere. Yeah. In anything. Yeah. You know, it's it's just that's life. I think it's all part of our curiosity. It's all it's part of our belief systems. It's it's it's part of it's part of human nature to be, you know, someone may feel like they can swim across a river that's raging. And someone may say, hey, I'm I'm a skeptic about that. I think you're going to get washed down the river.
That's been with us since the beginning of time with human nature.
And I, yeah, and I know that, you know, so you explained, and from my, you know, from
my work as being the event director at Hay House and traveling around with a lot of our,
you know, working with a lot of mediums, I know it sounds to me like your clear audience
you hear.
Yes, well, I hear the voice as far as directly.
That means that I hear it not inside or internal.
So that's what happens.
Like, for instance, it doesn't matter if I'm sad.
It doesn't matter if I'm upset.
It doesn't matter if I'm exhausted.
I'm going to hear the words all the same, and it's not going to stop.
I mean, if I'm hanging by a tree by my feet and someone's hitting me with a stick,
I'm still going to know what's wrong with that person that's hitting me with a stick
because the voice is still going to talk to me.
So, Anthony, what I'm hearing you say is that it's a constant flow.
It's not something that you turn on and off, so to speak.
Yeah, it can't turn on and off.
And it's more than just can't turn on and off.
It's if I'm on a plane, I'm going to read everyone that walks onto the plane,
and it's just going to be endless.
And it's a torment.
It's a torture.
So, of course, I've been I've been I've trained myself over the last 40 plus years to say it's a gift.
But when I was younger, you know, it was it was didn't feel like a gift.
That's for sure. So it it was it was far from that when I was younger.
And I had to struggle with it, you know, and just, you know, and everything else around that.
But it's a constant it's a constant flow of information from the outside of the ear.
so that means that i could actually physically block it to some extent just like if it's it's
like someone sitting next to you in the movie theater and they're talking in your ear and then
you and you can you can talk back and you can have fluent conversations with it so it doesn't it
doesn't get into nothing interferes with it um and what happens with mediums is you know depending
on the mode they're in they may not catch the right you know the right vibe but it's everybody
has their own gift though and and and learns how to master that gift and uh which is incredible
uh everybody's special has a wonderful gift what's funny about this i don't have to work
hard with it meaning work work hard with it i don't have to try to master it it's someone talking
i have to deal with it it's there so i have like i've always respected all other mediums
Because they have to work very hard, fine tune their gift and really work with it and master it.
With me, it's like, okay, this is easy because it's coming through like that.
I didn't have to really work hard on that aspect.
Instead, I have to work hard on just dealing with the fact that I'm hearing a voice tell me.
I'm hearing what I call spirit of the most high telling me things that are wrong with everybody all the time.
as far as their health, everything about the aspects of their health, both soul and, you know, all that around it.
Yeah.
I feel naked. I feel like you're reading me right now.
Well, we took a look at you.
Don't worry. Everything's okay.
Okay. Really?
Yes, yes.
Okay.
um so i know that a lot of people listening you know a lot of people who listen to our summit are
practitioners and energy workers and in their own right and i wonder if you can share a bit about the
way that you have over time you know you're talking about this constant flow about the ways
that you have managed and translated spirit and the way that you've um been able you know been
able to integrate it into your life? Well, sure. I mean, information comes through all the time
about how people can rebuild their souls and make people stronger in every aspect. So I've been able
to share that with anyone who's, you know, come to me and needs help in any way. I mean, face it,
we're all soul searching. I mean, most everyone is soul searching. Even people who don't think
they're soul searching are soul searching. So basically, and why are we soul searching?
We're soul searching because we're trying to actually become better while we're down here
in any way possible. We're trying to refine our souls. You know, life here isn't so easy. We know
that. Look at the history of the earth. Look at the history of humankind. And so there's a lot of
reasons for people struggling even now. You know, homeopathically, struggles are just in our soul.
It's in there. And so are trust issues. And we have soul fractures because of it.
When I look at someone or I'm helping a healer help their people and their, you know, their
clients. And what I usually do is I try to get the point across where you have to study the
fractures in the soul. You have to envision seeing light coming through like cracks of China,
like a plate of China. And you have to envision that. You have to kind of see that design of what
the person has been through and what they need. And intuitives and healers and mediums, when they
apply this technique of of realizing we have fractures in the soul realizing that people are
are you know it's the the whole soul process of someone healing recovering their soul it it
magically starts happening you know when gifted healers start really applying uh that soulful
understanding it just all comes together and and basically one of the things that is the most
important aspect of the soul's trust. Trust is the critical key to healing. So the one thing I can
share that is really that critical is rebuilding trust. Because what happens is we have centuries
of trust being broken. And I mean, look, you can be betrayed now. A loved one can betray you.
You know, a career can be problematic.
You know, people at work can break trust.
Trust just gets broken all the time.
And then it becomes poisonous, absolutely poisonous to the soul.
You know, we have, of course, we have fear.
We have guilt.
We have shame.
We have anger.
We have all these other things that are also poisonous to our soul.
But trust is one of the biggest and hidden, one of the most hidden ones of all.
as far as interferes with someone's recovery,
someone becoming, someone learning their gifts,
exploring their gifts,
actually becoming the person they're supposed to become.
Well, trust inhibits that.
That's the big one.
So I have an exercise too that I want to talk about
a little later or something
where how to build that trust
so someone can heal the soul,
fractures can get diminished in the soul
and they can be so much better at everything they feel and see.
You're welcome to offer that practice right here and now,
and then we can continue.
I think that would be lovely.
Great. Fantastic.
Yeah.
You know, trust is the most critical aspect of healing in general.
So when someone's sick and they lose trust,
then they lose trust in themselves.
They lose trust in healing.
They lose trust in the people around them.
It becomes like a disease, literally.
I mean, that's what can happen if this trust issue actually grows
like a weed and breeds internally.
So what I like to do is fix that part for the person,
help them fix that part.
When they do restore that aspect, everything changes. Everything from all kinds of different techniques people use out there to try to get people to recover. Once that trust is there, everything starts working. Anything in self-help starts working better than ever does before.
Any experiences start getting stronger. You meet people, careers get better, relationships get better. What happens with a relationship if trust is not there in someone? Even if everything's going okay in the relationship, if there's a trust issue with one of the members in that relationship, one of the partners, then it becomes like kind of a possible disaster waiting to happen eventually.
So the way to restore this trust problem that we have in us for centuries is you have to use the sunset.
So I want to explain the sunset.
What we know about the sun setting, we watch sunsets, many of us.
There's many of us that have never even seen a sunset.
They're too busy.
They see too a lifetime.
And it's easy to get occupied and just basically saturated in everything you're doing.
So whether you're sending out emails, whether you're picking up the children, whether you're from school, whatever you're doing and you're running around doing errands, you're making dinner, the sun sets and that's it.
You don't even kind of realize it.
Besides, oh, it's getting dark now.
That's pretty much the extent of it.
And what happens is it's critical to actually be mindful that the sun is setting in that moment, even if you just have to take three days a week, four days a week, five minutes, 10 minutes, and just take time out and connect to the fact that the sun is setting.
There's a reason for this, and there's a reason why this repairs trust.
this is literally an ancient um infused method that we have that's naturally inside our bodies
that we can activate but it won't activate technically if the sun just sets every night
and you don't know about it you have to be there and present in that moment even if it's for 10
minutes while the sun's going down what happens is that everything in life something we get
challenges we get challenged by out there. I mean, that's the whole point about soul growth
or soul searching because challenges are forcing us to soul search. That's a big piece of it.
So anything could be challenging, but when the sun's setting and it goes down,
it's going to come up the next day. It's never going to let you down. It's never going to stop
rising. It's always going to be there the next morning. Now, whether the person is connected
to that or not, it's the soul that connects to that. The soul, something magically happens,
spiritually powerful happens. When you lock down that sun setting, you do it three times a week,
try to do it as a regular practice. And as that sun rises the next morning,
it instantly empowers the soul and builds trust because it's something that will never
let you down. It will never change its mind on you. It will never be that person in the,
it'll never be that person in the workplace that decides to go a different direction.
And now you've just lost trust. It's never going to be that, that whatever it is that your car
breaks down and you don't trust your car anymore. It's, it's, it's, those things add up. It's
constant and chronic, but, but this repairs this part of your soul. This actually ignites the trust
factor in your soul. And so when it sun rises in the morning, you do that three times a week,
you watch the sunset sunrises in the morning and the power starts to just charge back that soul
into the trust factor. It's critical. I've seen lives change because of this. I mean, on every
front of the person's life can change because of this practice. Same thing with watching the stars
at night. Another critical soul building element. You spend five minutes looking at the sun. I mean,
looking at the stars and you look at the stars at night, you look up there and you just, even if
it's three minutes, four minutes, five minutes a night or two, three nights a week, you have to
envision what's behind the stars because there's a part of our soul. There's a part of our soul
behind the stars way up there, way up there in the heavens that stays there safe.
It's the essence of our soul. So while we're physically down here, we're on earth running
around. We're doing all kinds of things, trying to get everything done. And, um, you know, careers,
jobs, struggles, everything, life. And that's our soul being, you know, being kind of trampled on
along the way. And we're trying to soul search while you look up at the stars and you envision
that there's something that you're connected to right behind those stars. And that, that will,
that essence of your soul that's behind those stars it's protected it's there for you in case
you go too far down here with soul damage in case you go too far where you've been through too much
i mean there's people that go through just terrible you know terrible horrific struggles and
and when you look up at the stars at night it feeds that's that part of your broken soul feeds
that part of the fractures it it starts to ignite it this is a practice that's really powerful as
well. It supersedes. It starts to eliminate fear, starts to eliminate guilt, shame, anger.
All that starts to really leave you once you do the soul practice.
These are so powerful. I'm just, I'm, I'm really looking forward to
integrating these into my life. Now I really get the connection that you're making. And I love that
I'm really taken by the sunset one especially because this idea that, because I know for me,
you know, that I can get really into a cycle of, you know, beating myself up, let's say,
and not thinking that there's a way out or that there's any light at the end of the tunnel,
so to speak. And this idea of focusing on the sunset and knowing that the sun will rise again
and that that right in there is the link to trust.
It is.
That is gorgeous.
It is.
It's built in.
It's there in our soul.
And if we have to feed it, we have to nurture that.
It's critical down here.
And, you know, many of us are hard on ourselves down here.
I mean, it's easy.
It's easy.
I mean, oh, yeah.
We can kick ourselves in the butt really good.
Yeah.
And it's hard to get us to pat ourselves on the shoulder.
It's a difficult, that's a difficult thing to accept sometimes,
like patting yourself on the shoulder and everything's going to be okay
and you're a good person and it's hard to accept that and receive that.
So we do kick ourselves hard.
But this is, yeah, this is a technique that does help repair that.
Thank you.
And support that.
Thank you for offering both of these.
I love them both, the stars and the sunset.
Sure, sure.
Yeah. I want to move into, I've heard you speak about two particular conditions that are prevalent and pervasive right now.
Yes.
Yes, go ahead.
Sure, sure. Adrenal fatigue and intestinal health issues, gut issues.
So adrenal fatigue, I want to shed some light into adrenal fatigue.
85% of the U.S. is suffering from some form of adrenal fatigue.
85%. So if you look at, you know, well over 300 and so many, you know, 300 million, 315 million
Americans, and you look at 85%, that's how many people deal with adrenal fatigue.
Some have adrenal fatigue that's mild. Some people have it severe. And a couple of clues
that you have adrenal fatigue are you drag all day long and you come to life at night.
So 9, 10 o'clock at night, you start sparking up, you're working on projects, but you were dragging all day long.
That's a sign right there that you have adrenal fatigue.
Another sign is you crash in the morning, late morning, or you crash in the early afternoon,
and you're not just kind of sleepy, but you're just really exhausted.
That's another indication you have adrenal fatigue.
Adrenal fatigue is rampant.
But how do we recover from adrenal fatigue?
What's some of the secrets?
That's what I want to share.
One of the secrets is grazing.
So grazing when you're eating.
So there's a lot of confusion with diets.
Now there's a thousand diets out there.
Yeah.
There used to be just three.
Yeah, exactly.
It's very confusing.
There are three, 70s and 80s, there were three diets.
And then, but now there's a thousand of them.
And the deal is, is what works, what doesn't?
Well, for adrenal fatigue, eating is critical.
And if you eat every two hours, so if you graze, you have an ability to recover from
adrenal fatigue.
If you go three hours, it lessens your chance of having an ability to recover from adrenal
fatigue.
What happens is that if your blood sugar drops, because the brain nervous system is thriving
off of sugar.
It thrives off of glucose. It's critical. It's a critical component to how you can function
is, is keeping your glucose up. If it drops, then your adrenaline runs. So what people do
is without realizing it, they go four or five hours without eating. They do this for decades
and they're running on adrenaline, but there's a price to pay for that later. Eventually you'll,
you can get hit with some adrenal fatigue underactive adrenals overactive adrenals it's not
good either these are all signs that the adrenals are trying to stabilize um and so grazing is a
critical element it's every two hours sure i mean if everybody's busy that's really hard to do
and and i could say that for myself too when i'm doing projects and i'm doing things
yeah try to eat every two hours try to try to eat every hour and a half it's really it's really
difficult. But people who are suffering from adrenal fatigue where they can't get out of bed
or they can't function that good because they're getting brain fog and they're getting
confusion and they're getting blurry eyes. They're getting all the things that go along with it. It's
critical that they're grazing and not doing the three meal a day thing or the two meal a day thing.
There's diets out there that say, oh, you eat less, you eat two meals, and you build up your digestive track or you strengthen your digestive track.
Actually, it's the opposite.
You weaken your adrenals.
And then when your adrenals are weakening, they drown out your digestive track, meaning they wear it out.
Adrenaline destroys the intestinal track and gut health.
Basically, yeah, that's another secret.
Yeah.
Yeah. Well, yeah. I mean, I honestly, as you started to talk about these two conditions,
adrenal exhaustion and digestive issues, I did not know that there would be this strong connection.
Strong connection. In fact, what happens is hydrochloric acid gets diminished when your
adrenals are running, when your adrenaline is pumping. Hydrochloric acid gets destroyed.
hydrochloric acid hcl people with gut health issues are taking hcl supplements hydrochloric
acid supplements they're trying to replace it they're they're um they know you know a lot of
a lot of practitioners a lot of doctors know people have you know low hcl in the intestinal
tract and but what's the culprit is the culprit just processed foods no even though that doesn't
help processed foods we know doesn't help. And we all know by now that processed foods,
too much chocolate cake is obviously not good for the digestive tract. I think we've,
I think we've got established that for sure. But there's people that have okay gut health until
they're 95 and they're eating whatever they want. It's, it's a big factor is eating and grazing,
snacking between meals it's important and and what it does is it stops the adrenals from running the
show you run out of glucose at the office you're at the office you didn't eat for three hours and
you run out of glucose that drops and your adrenals shoot they just explode they just send
out adrenaline to overcompensate for that loss of sugar because adrenaline actually will go to the
brain run electrical impulses, motor neurons. It'll just start activating neurotransmitters.
It's taking place of glucose, of sugars that are critical for functioning, doing work, doing
projects, chasing after children, doing all your errands, going to the store, going to the grocery
store, picking the kids up from soccer. You need those electrical impulses running. You need to be
really aware when you're driving and you have to have it all together. And so if you're running
on adrenaline all the time to make that happen, because you did not get the glucose up to par by
snacking and grazing all through the day, you are now using your credit card. You're using your
credit card. You're using your internal credit card. Now we're using, we're using that internal
credit card and actually starting to, starting to, you know, we're starting to put charges on it.
and that's how it works. So how do you build up, how do you build up your, your hydrochloric acid?
How do you build up your gut health issues, strengthen the intestinal tract, celery juice,
one of the hidden secrets of all time. It's not about just a green juice. People are drinking
green juices. Now I love all green juices. I love, you know, I love juices. It's great. It's,
It's beautiful.
They're good for you.
But if you want to fix an actual gastric problem, an intestinal issue, low hydrochloric acid, you do 16 ounces of celery juice.
You don't do three cucumbers, greens, some celery, apple.
That's not going to repair hydrochloric acid.
What's going to repair hydrochloric acid in the gut, this is an incredible technique to get people to strengthen their intestinal tract,
strengthen their gut issues because of adrenaline problems because of adrenal issues it's straight
celery juice it's incredible what it does is it really strengthens the entire intestinal tract
it amps up the hydrochloric acid actually helps create hcl that's the that's the asset that
actually protects you it's the asset that helps break down certain foods it's all part of it so
that's one of the great things also restoring gut health um low fat diets so okay there's a
thousand diets out there pick the one that's lower fat basically if you're really if you're really
you want something to work pick pick the one that's lower fat it's it's add more fruits add
more vegetables you know add healthy other healthy things you know avocados fine add different things
bring them in but lower the fat to some extent or drop it down to a certain level and you'll see
that your intestinal tract, your gut health, start to recover.
High-fat diets, which there are plenty of them out there,
high-fat diets diminish your hydrochloric acid,
weaken your intestinal tract, weaken your liver.
And so you want that liver functioning.
You don't want it stagnant anymore.
And that's what happens to people.
Their liver gets stagnant.
They're on high-fat diets without realizing it
because they're afraid of sugar.
And I want to talk about that in a little bit too,
about that as far as sugar and everything.
It's where we've developed a fear of sugar
because we think all sugar is the same now.
It's funny.
I think what I've noticed develop
over the last 20-something years
is I'm watching the wave go into new fads.
And I want to talk about fads, sugar being one of them.
I want to talk about all the different, all the different, all the rage, all the different fun things that we have now.
You know, as a society, as human nature loves things that are catchy.
We love catchy things.
And that's fine.
But I'll go into a couple of fads that we had in the past.
Well, one was back in the 30s and 40s and 50s.
When you went to the shoe store, you would have to put your legs and feet in an x-ray box.
so everyone that went to a shoe store would have to stick their legs and feet into an x-ray box
and get a full full x-ray with unregulated radiation wow i mean that that that is just
that's mind-blowing it's you know it's a terrible thing it's it's just it's terrible it's one of
these things where you can only laugh a little bit but it's also terrence is terrible to even
And what happened was it was also the shoe clerk can decide a better fit for your shoe.
So we have a shoe clerk that's looking at x-rays, not a doctor.
So there isn't a doctor in any of the shoe stores in 1930s, 40s, and 50s.
Instead, there's a shoe clerk that's looking at your x-rays for your legs and feet that's trying to decide if your cork bottom shoes can fit better.

What's wrong with this picture?
Well, it was a fad. And here's the funny thing. It wasn't even conventional. It was an alternative fad. It was an alternative fad. It wasn't even a conventional one. Actually, it was alternative. And Chubby Checkers came out with the twist. Everybody was twisting, twisting in the diners, twisting in the schools, twisting at the dances, whatever.
and that was a great fad too because you know we love that stuff but then we get caught up in the
we we fall prey to some of these other fads that aren't good either so now we have a whole bunch
of them out right now i mean there's it's unbelievable i'm going to go into one of them
goitrogenic foods goitrogenic foods so broccoli cauliflower um collard greens the big thing now is
these are supposed to be damaging our thyroid.
So now we're afraid of collard greens, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, kale,
because we're afraid that it's going to make our thyroid hypo, underactive.
It's going to hinder our thyroid.
Give us a goiter.
And because there's a chemical compound in these foods,
we call it goitogenic foods.
this chemical compound is creating this reaction. But the truth is you would need a hundred pound
barrel of broccoli a day in order to even create this. So now we have people not eating some of the
most critical vegetables to recover their health because they're afraid of this new fad. And this
is an example. It reminds me of the fluoroscope again, back at the shoe store. Can you imagine
like, oh, Sally, here, Sally, you stand in line, get, you know, don't worry, Mrs. Jones,
we'll get you that x-ray right away. Oh, you've been here 50 times this year because you like to
try on shoes? Well, you just had 50 x-rays to your feet and legs. And it was just really,
really, you know, frightening because they figured it out after so much damage was done.
Well, we have that. Well, we have now we're in a world where we have to eat our vegetables.
It's critical to survive here now in the 21st century.
Eating our fruits and vegetables is critical.
And the goitrogenic foods that people are afraid of, we can't get caught up in that or we're going to get in trouble because there's cancer fighting foods.
And so we're afraid of our thyroid because of this this information that surfaced when it's blown out of proportion the wrong way.
That's one.
Tomatoes is another one.
Nightshades.
Nancy do you remember the whole nightshade thing
sure yeah
nightshades are bad for you nightshades are good for you
are they bad
are they good
tomatoes
tomatoes have been bad for us for 200 years
good for us then and now they're bad
again well they're bad because what
because of the whole reason
for being a nightshade well the truth is
they're really good for us the truth is tomatoes
are incredible for us but they have a bad
wrap because when you ate a tomato on a pewter plate, you got lead poisoning. So back a day,
a hundred years ago, you ate your tomatoes on a pewter plate, you died.
So that kind of fell into the whole thing. They're bad for you. But when we got used to them and
realized you don't eat a tomato on a pewter plate. Right. Then it has nothing to do with the tomato.
Yeah, the tomato's good. But now we're afraid of tomatoes because of a nightshade issue. The irony is that the nightshades are not as scary as we think. It's what you put onto a nightshade. It's like potato. Potato's a nightshade. People tell me, oh, no, no, potatoes are bad. They're really bad for you. They're a nightshade. They give me problems. It's the cheese and the oil you fry your potato in and tomato.
It's the oils, it's the cheese, it's the butter that's in that, the cream you put into your potato that has a reaction that makes the potato not so friendly.
So we're leaving out one of the most powerful foods for people's health, which is a potato.
We completely shunned it as if it was bad for you and poison.
And now we're losing another thing.
Same with fruit.
And I want to just mention the whole sugar thing with fruit.
That's another fad now.
All sugars are the same.
That's the consensus out there now with all the different practitioners, with all the information that's out there.
People are afraid of sugar, so they put fruit in there with it.
They think fruit is bad too.
But, hey, all sugar is not the same.
Are all souls the same?
I mean, Nancy, all souls aren't the same, right?
All souls are not the same.
Because I would be really dead wrong right here.
And all souls aren't the same.
All water's not the same.
The water in the New Jersey turnpike in a puddle is not the same water as the water in a glass on your desk.
That's not the same.
All planets aren't the same.
And so, yeah, all sugar's not the same either.
See, corn syrup, corn fructose syrup, corn sugar, processed sugar, lactose processed sugar or lactose, those are sugars that are different.
Fruit sugar has cancer-fighting power.
Really amazing antioxidants, resveratrol, dimethyl resveratrol, polyphenols, everything in there to stop cancer, fight cancers,
fight diseases, restore health. It's in fruit sugar. And here's one of the hidden secrets
that is a fantastic one coming up. Sugar from fruit leaves your stomach in three to six minutes.
It never even reaches your intestinal tract. So people in fear with candida, because they're
afraid of eating a piece of fruit, don't realize the sugar from fruit never even reaches the
intestinal tract, it's already gone in three minutes and going to vital organs that need that
glucose brain and everything. And so that's another kind of fad that we have to, we're going
to have to see it. Interview anybody in their nineties and you'll see they've had a fair amount
of fruit in their day. They will tell you they've had their blueberries. They've had their blueberries
every morning. They'll tell you they had their grapefruit. I mean, it's just, it's important
and critical. So I just wanted to get that one across. And so that's another thing too,
to talk about. Yeah. There's just so much to talk about. Well, no, I think it's, you know,
I think that, you know, so far even, you know, my takeaway here is how much myth busting
needs to happen around what we're eating and the effect it's having on us. And even,
you know, listen, I'm an avid juicer. And the fact that you're saying, you know,
straight up celery juice is where it's at. Yeah, especially around, right, especially around,
I mean, so adrenal fatigue is something that I have been that I have been working with.
And no one has ever suggested to me straight up celery juice.
Yeah, it's a game changer. It really is. There's critical mineral salts in celery that when it's
straight up, when it's completely the celery juice, 16 ounces at one time, it's life changing.
The mineral salts start to repair the endocrine system, starts to repair the digestive tract,
raises the HCL. Adrenals run on critical mineral salts as well, critical. And so these are really
rare salts that you can't find anywhere. There's salts, you can get some of them in seaweeds,
you can get some of them in spinach, you can get some of them in even lemon. A lemon has these
critical mineral salts, but the precious ones are really in that celery juice. And so it's good that
you're juicing. And I want you to keep on juicing that your favorite blends. I don't want other
people to juice all of their, all of their favorite blends, apple, you know, kale, spinach,
beets. It's all good. But once in a while, try to get that 16 ounces straight of celery juice,
maybe do it once every day for like two weeks and start to repair things.
I'm going to give it a shot. You have my word.
Fantastic. That's incredible. It's incredible.
I'm wondering in this conversation that we're having around specifically diet, you know,
diet driven and the, um, you know, the myth busting, what other current, you know, health
fads, if you will, are more damaged than good. You know, what, in what ways are we sabotaging
ourselves that we don't know? I know that you've, you know, you've already hit on, um, the ways in
which we might think all sugar is bad, but what are some other tips there? Absolutely. Leaving out,
leaving out wild food.
Ah, wild food.
Being afraid of wild food.
Can you tell me what wild food is?
Wild food, really good question.
Wild food is things like thyme, rose hips, horse tail, dandelion, wild blueberries.
centuries we're forgetting or actually we you know it's it's also learning process that wild
foods are a survival like a survival um mechanism that we need desperately to survive in this
century here we need to incorporate some wild foods and so even though all the cultivated foods
that you see in the grocery store you walk into the grocery store and you'll see a whole bunch
of cultivated foods. We've been cultivating these foods for years and they're good for you.
Like celery is one of them. We're cultivating it right now. But celery is an herb, so it's
closest to a more wild food. But it's wild foods that are so critical. The reason why is they have
information. They have centuries and actually thousands of years of survival information
stored in it to handle drought. You know what a drought is? Basically, a drought just isn't the
rain stop falling. A drought is something that's happening in someone's life. When someone's like,
wow, I don't have enough work right now. You know, God, send me some work or, you know,
let me start doing my mantras to get work to me because I need to pay my bills. I need to work.
And everything counts. You want to do everything you can. You want to pray. You want to do your
affirmations, you want to do your mantras, you want to get that work to you. But that could be
a drought in your life for that moment. And the body stresses because of that drought. So as you're
as you're stressed out, because you don't have enough work, or you're stressed out because you
have too much work, now you're in a flood. So if you, if you have too much work in your life,
and you're doing too many projects, and you're not taking care of yourself, you're doing so many
projects, that's a flood. So these foods, wild foods have information stored in them from centuries
of being flooded by too much rain, droughts from no rain, freezing cold. That's when, you know,
that's when you have somebody in your life that's giving you a kind of a, they're acting as cold as
ice and you're starting to question your relationship with them. And that's, that's the
freezing cold. It's fascinating. Yes. Someone who, you know, if you've actually had, you know,
too much heat in your life because you're overheated, that means you're overwhelmed.
That means there's a lot of pressure on you. And these foods have lived all that when the rain
stops centuries of it. And they've had to survive while cultivated foods over the centuries have
just died out. They can't handle a drought. A cultivated food, you have to water or it dies.
That's it. If you're a farmer and you don't water your crop, it's dead. But wild foods will stay in there and hang in there and hang in there and hang in there. Drought, floods, heat, freeze.
that means if you're in a drought in your life, you're not in a relationship you want to be in,
you're in that drought, or you got too much work and you're flooded, and these are stresses on the
body, it's critical to have wild foods. So where can you get your wild foods? Wild blueberries,
not regular blueberries. Nobody knows that there's a wild blueberry available
in the grocery store, frozen wild blueberry that has thousands of years of information
to go into your body adaptogenically, to actually help you adapt, to survive in today's,
the century now that we're in, where we're heading, face it, look how fast things are going.
Nancy, are things going faster now? Things are going so fast.
Well, spirit of the most high calls it the quickening. That's what spirit calls it. So
when I asked spirit, why are things moving so fast? Spirit says, well, it's, it's because it's,
this is the quickening. We're in a time where we have to, we have to stay up with this.
We have to, we have to ride this lightning bolt. And if you can't adapt to ride this lightning bolt,
you're going to struggle. And wild foods is one of the answers. It's a simple answer that anyone
can do. You go get your frozen wild blueberries. You put a little extra time on your salad.
You go and get nettle leaf tea. Nettle leaf stands the whole, basically you can stand anything nettle
leaf. You couldn't kill the stuff. And you make nettle leaf tea every day. You infuse your body
with this ancient survival, thrivability information
so you can get through.
I mean, look, go back 30, 40, 50 years.
Remember when cars didn't even have the headrest in the back
so when you got hit from behind, you broke your neck?
Yes.
Yeah.
Think about...
Or no seatbelts.
Think about that one for a minute.
We thought we were at the most advanced time of all.
I mean, 50 years ago, we thought we were the bomb.
We thought that you couldn't get any better than that.
We had big old cars.
We had no headrests in the back.
If someone hits you, your neck went back, whiplash.
And how come no one thought of that?
How come?
How come we, you know, you had to roll down the window.
You had to take the hand roller and go, and you had to roll down the big glass window.
and if it was cold outside the choke got stuck and you couldn't start your morning your car that
next morning right so these are all the things we were up against we were up again but we thought
we really advanced well now we're starting to get advanced but but it's happening really quick
and we're not catching up to that prime example of how we're not catching up to it you're in a car
You have computers in your car, decked out like TVs in car now, cars, I guess, right?
Yeah.
Everything's powered up.
I mean, great fuel economy, whatever, all of it's happening.
You're in a small spaceship now.
That's what we drive around now.
They look like little small spaceships.
You run over a nail.
Yep.
And now you're stuck on the side of the road.
even with the technology we have today there's vulnerability we have to adapt to we have to
you know if you can't wait two hours for that tow truck to come on the side of the road
in the heat there's we're always vulnerable and it's happening where things are happening
really quick we have an amazing technology amazing technology but there's still air in a tire
in the last hundred years so we still have these these weak points we have to adapt that's what's
happening. We're moving fast. The quickening is coming and we need wild foods to help us adapt
so that we can kind of get, not be so vulnerable, not be so sensitive with what's happening right
now. Things happening so quick and fast. It's not the days where we had a kitchen phone,
where the only phone you had was in your kitchen. I don't know how anything got done by the way back
then, Hansi. I don't know how anything got done when there was just a phone on the kitchen
wall and there was no cell phone there's no cell phones and you know this is just recently this is
what 30 years ago yeah i mean total game changer life changer things are happening quick now we
went from a kitchen phone and now we have computers in our car things are happening fast um we can
literally you know we have ipads around us we have you know everything's around us but we have to
adapt to it as it's critical so what i what i suggest to people is get wild foods in your diet
and it will help because as things are happening so fast we're we're kind of getting we're kind of
getting drained by it we're not we're not that's that longevity that sustenance that has kept us
around for generations and generations is being used on all levels now so we have to put back in
We have to put back in the tank.
So we need wild foods, nettle leaf, nettle tea.
Go out to the health food store, get some nettle leaf tea, drink a cup a day,
and you just placed an adaptogenic powerhouse in your body.
You know, wild blueberries.
Put a cup of wild blueberries in your smoothie,
and now you have the most powerful adaptogenic tool there is actually on the planet.
It's the wild blueberry.
If there's any secret I could hand out today is the most powerful food source on the planet outside of any food that's in the jungle, outside of any food that's growing, outside of any wild food.
It's the wild blueberry.
It is the most powerful food on the planet.
It's adaptogenic.
So, yeah.
So get that in your body along with some of the other things, dandelion greens.
And if you see dandelions growing out of your yard, just eat one.
Eat one once in a while.
Thank you.
So, yeah, that is fascinating.
And I know that, in fact, we do have a handout that is part of your offering,
so people can actually, well, they'll be able to download
and receive information about what you're talking about,
about the wild blueberries and the nettle and the thyme and the dandelion
and what to actually, the rose hips and what to actually do with them.
So we thank you for that.
Fantastic.
Awesome.
And yeah, and wow, this you are just a wealth of information.
And I'm so excited for all the really practical tips and tools and practices that you've offered today.
And, you know, I feel like you've really given us a portal into a way to begin.
So, you know, you said the wild blueberries, absolutely number one.
The piece about the practice around the sunset and around the stars.
and in terms of really just staying connected to the role of our soul in our own healing
maybe there's something you could offer here before we leave you have to you have to know that
you know when we experience things in life whether we're experiencing sickness we don't feel good
whether we have fatigue, whether we have aches and pains, or whether we're just depressed because we feel like we're stagnant or stuck.
We have to be gentle to ourselves.
See, our bodies want everything we want.
Our physical body wants to heal.
It wants to do what it needs to do.
It wants to be part of the whole being healthy.
It wants to be part of your life.
It wants to be connected to your soul.
So the physical body is working for you.
But one of the things I want to tell people is your physical body is working for you.
But you have to know who you're working for.
And here's the answer.
Whatever you do in your life, whatever job you have, whatever gift you have.
By the way, everybody has a gift.
Everybody has a gift.
and as you're seeking out that gift and developing or using it.
And whatever you do, you wake up in the morning
and you know who you're working for and you say you're working for God.
It's a critical part of every aspect of recovery,
whether it is your soul, whether it's your physical body.
Your physical body is working for you.
You have to be working for God.
Of course, you have to treat your physical body good in every way,
but that could be working for God too.
But you have to wake up in the morning.
That's what I do.
I wake up in the morning and I say, okay, I know who I'm working for.
So whatever that is, whatever job I have that I have to do, whatever project is, I know who I'm working for.
And it works for anyone, meaning it applies to anyone and everyone out there that's doing every different job that makes this world go.
They have to know who they're working for or they'll get lost.
If it's not just you're working for your boss, it's not just that you're working for this company.
It's not that you're just working for a paycheck.
You're working for God and everything changes right there.
That's how you support and fortify your being, every aspect of your soul, your heart and your spirit.
it's it's knowing who you're working for and then it's it's it changes everything so as you go to
work uh yeah sure you want your boss happy you want to do your job but you're working for god
and then watch all the special things that start happening watch what happens watch as the angels
start to help you more and watch how you start feeling better about what you're doing watch how
It shows on every aspect of your life and your soul, your heart, your spirit gets stronger and you become who you're supposed to become.
